If you are using our Lifetime Plus or Pro account, you can upgrade your lifetime plan by paying the difference. We do not charge anything extra.
To start, click the "Top up lifetime deal" button next to profile picture on the top right corner.
A popup window will appear with the details of your current plan. To start the account upgrading process, click the Upgrade button.
Choose your upgrade option
In the next screen you will have the option to choose your lifetime deal upgrading option. We recommend choosing the largest one so that you can enjoy unlimited usage and priority customer support.
Complete payment
The next step is clicking on the Upgrade button. Our Stripe powered and hosted payment processing page will open in a new tab. This is a fully secured checkout page hosted and managed by Stripe. Enter your payment details and click the Buy button. Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected to Promptmatic dashboard.
Your Promptmatic account will be upgraded instantly from current lifetime plan to the one you have just paid for. If you have any questions or need our assistance, email us at hello@promptmatic.ai or contact us via our support desk.
