Step 1: Access Prompt Library or My Prompts section

Open your Google Chrome browser and click on the Promptmatic extension icon. This will open the Promptmatic interface.

Navigate to our 'Prompt library' or 'My Prompts' section. Here, you will find all our publicly available prompts and the prompt templates you have created or copied. This central repository allows you to quickly access and manage your templates.

Step 2: Open the Prompt

Browse through the prompt library or your collection of prompts. When you find the one you want to use, click on the “Use this template” button associated with the template.

A popup window will open with your prompt template details and Use this prompt button.

Step 3: Add Variable Values (Optional)

Once the prompt template is open, you will see fields for variables if your prompt template includes them. Variables are placeholders in your template that need specific information to complete the prompt.

Variable fields are highlighted using green text. Click on the green text and fill in the necessary values for each variable. Step 4: Send the Prompt in ChatGPT

The completed prompt will automatically be added to your ChatGPT conversation chat box in Google Chrome. Now to initiate the conversation with ChatGPT using your selected prompt, simply click the 'Send' button.
